Description
AUDINATE is an Australian based company that pioneered DANTE technology which enables audio to be routed over LAN networks. DANTE is essentially a protocol to get analogue and also digital audio on and off a network. Up to 32 x 32 channels of high quality audio can be directed across a network from a large number of devices from a wide range of manufacturers including RANE, BOSCH, RDL and also Audinate themselves with their range of AVIO adaptors.
The AVIO range consists of the following in-line adaptors, which simply connect to a network via PoE switches. Using Dante Controller software we can assign and of the devices on the network to each other. The system is robust and cost effective and often used in PAV system designs with our RANE Terminal1010x DSP fitted with the DANTE card.
