Description
FrontRow networked audio devices are connect to the LAN network and either encode or decode audio onto the network. They receive audio and control signals from the DRS5000 server when used in a school wide audio-over-IP paging system. Some devices such as the CM3000 can be used stand alone in a classroom or even boardroom application as it is self contained with audio inputs, a 2 channel power amp and the option of 8 button keypad or touchpanel.
The range consists of the following:
CM3000 (REPLACED BY CM900)
FrontRow CM3000 Network all-in-one amplifier and device controller with 4 audio inputs, RS232, IR, GPI and built in network switch. Includes 32w (2 x 16w) into 4 Ohm amplifier. Connects to school LAN to DRS5000 server for paging and bells with priority override of local inputs. Can be used with optional CB6000 touchpanel or CB2050 8 button panel with Volume Control, for local control of 3rd party devices such as Projectors and DVD players via RS232/IR. Can also be used stand alone or as part of a school wide LAN based PA/Bell system.
CM900
FrontRow CM9000 Network all-in-one amplifier and device controller with 3 audio inputs, 2 x RS232, IR, Relay and built in network switch.
CM800
FrontRow CM800 Networked audio encoder/decoder that accepts streaming audio input (raw PCM) and delivers line level audio output. The primary purpose of the CM800 is to provide connectivity between the FrontRow Conductor IP-based paging system and standard 100v amplifiers and speakers frequently used to bring audio messaging to school common and outdoor areas. Also provides serial, IR, GPI and GPO (relays) to support network-based 3rd party device control. Features 1 x mic and 1 x line level audio inputs. (no control panel option)
CMBT
FrontRow CMBT Bluetooth Receiver can be used with the CM3000, CM900 or CM800Si Networked audio encoder/decoders. It can be integrated with the CB55 remote control which has a remote volume control, Bluetooth pairing button and line input and output. The CMBT can be added to any FrontRow School PA system using the CM3000, CM900 or CM800Si.
The CMBT can also be used as a standalone Bluetooth receiver. It features a contact closure for remote pairing and a stereo line out.
PD-20W
FrontRow PD-20W is a power over Ethernet (PoE) powered device used to extract 12vDV from a PoE network to power CM3000, CM800, CM800Si and CM900. Usually used for back up operation.
